OEM Servo Motor Controller/Driver Board 

Servo Controller, Motor and Cable For $795. 

For OEMs or those people who have to fit a powerful servo motor controller/driver into a small place, QuickSilver Controls offers its popular SilverDust servo controller/driver in a user mountable, board only option. The “board only” SilverDust IG (QCI-D2-IG-01) is a combined controller/driver which includes serial communications, 7 I/O, and 32K user program space but measures only 3”x2.75” (76mm x 70mm). The user is responsible for mounting the board and heat sinking the drivers allowing for a customizable package. 

A single cable connects between the controller and motor/encoder keeping costs down and making installation easy. 

The controller will drive QuickSilver’s NEMA 17 and 23 frame servo motors which range from 20 to 300 oz-in continuous torque (0.14 to 2.1 N-m) and come standard with 8000 count/rev encoders.  

The SilverDust IG servo controller board with a 4 foot (1.2m) cable and 145 oz-in (1 N-m) motor costs only $795 (USD).
