Position: Outside Sales Engineer (Base plus commission)
Objective:
Cultivate new and maintain existing business within established territory.
Field sales experience:
-Experience and knowledge of automation component sales. Experience in at least one of the following: Pneumatics, Robotics, VFD’s, PLC’s, motion control.
-Computer hardware/software literate with laptop (provided), Microsoft Office, Microsoft CRM, internet, various technical sizing and configuration, programs.
-Good communication skills, proactive, self starter, operates independently from home office.
Responsibilities and duties:
Plan and make sales calls on existing accounts as well as cold calls.
Prospect for new business, follow up on sales leads.
Stay current through CRM planning, itinerary, opportunities, leads, quotes etc.
Attend meetings for training and with principals.
Meet or exceed sales and goals and goals of the company as determined jointly with management.
Promote all product lines represented by the company.
Develop technical product and system solutions for customers.
Know and utilize all available company resources: Inside sales, design/engineering, management.
Work closely with core principals: joint calls, etc.

Position: Inside Sales
Inside Sales opportunity in a fast-paced technical support environment. Tasks include pricing, applying, and ordering engineered products. You will be working with purchasing, engineering, and maintenance personnel. Job requires good people skills, mechanical aptitude, attention to details, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Previous customer service experience helpful, familiarity with DISC and/or Microsoft Windows is also a plus. Located in Lawrence Park area.
