Compactness
Since the arm is light-weight and compact, it allows more freedom when designing the system. Use of aluminum extruded material for the body reduces the weight of the main unit by about 20%. In addition, by using a motor which is shorter in length, the overall height of the arm is among the shortest available on the market.

High Accuracy
The positioning accuracy of the X and Y axes is +/-0.01mm, which is twice as tight when compared to the previous model. Use of this model enables assembly of a large variety of parts with equally high accuracy.

Easy Maintenance
For the Z and R axes, the motor and speed reducer are directly connected without a belt. Therefore belt readjustment is not needed. Also, use of long-life grease eliminates grease changeout.

Low Cost
The new YK500XG / YK600XG employ new design features and improved performance while reducing the cost compared to previous models.
